Refund Policy
This is our refund and returns policy – please read carefully before you buy with us, to enable a smooth transaction and good relationship between us;
- If a change of mind occurs, all items are subject to an exchange or credit equal to the original dollar value. This store credit will have a 12-month expiry period.
- Your items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be received back to us in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags/labels attached and in its original packaging. Your receipt/proof of purchase must also be provided.
- Returns will not be accepted for custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), sale items or gift cards.
- Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a store credit or refund of the original purchase amount (excluding delivery costs).
